45 44 Maintenance product for rubber and plastic rubber care Rubber Care is a silicone-free maintenance product for rubber and plastic details. The product prevents details from jamming and freez- ing, repels moisture, protects from rust and reduces potential creak- ing. As the product is clear, it is easy and safe to use for treating surfaces. The product is also suitable for using as a release oil for plastic molds. General information • Rubber Care is suitable for treating and lubricating door seals, dashboards, upholstery, tyres, forms and gondolas and it is safe to use also in paint shops. • These places of use are characterized by higher moisture and fluctuation of temperatures than usual, and jamming or freezing risk. • Temperature range for storing, transportation and use is +5 ºC up to +45 ºC. Shake the aerosol properly before use. Make sure before spraying that the surface is clean. • If necessary, clean the surface with Multi Clean Foam. Spray the product evenly on the surface from 25 cm distance. • After some time remove excess substance with cloth or paper. Repeat the last two actions, if necessary. The product can be used everywhere where short-time lubrication of friction surfaces is necessary for the purposes of assembly or disassembly. At room temperature the product dries almost completely in 30 min- utes after spraying, preventing the assembled parts from subsequent shifting. Surfaces treated with the product can be painted after 60 minutes (!).
