47 46 Dry mounting paste dry mos2 Dry MOS 2 Lube is a high load mounting paste that facilitates the pressing and mounting of details. Its main components are molybde- nite and additives. Due to the aforementioned ingredients the prod- uct, when dried, withstands extreme loads, wide temperature range, reduces wearing of friction surfaces considerably and stays very well on the surface. As the product dries fast, it is an ideal lubricating solu- tion also in a dusty environment. The dried product can be cleaned off the surface only with special solvents or mechanically. Those places of use are usually characterized by extreme load, precise seat, wide range of working temperature and high volume of dust or dirt. Applications • Temperature range for storing, transportation and use is +5 ºC up to +45 ºC. • Shake the aerosol very thoroughly before use. • Make sure before spraying that the surface is clean. • If necessary, clean the surface with Brake Clean. • Spray the product evenly on the surface from 25 cm distance. • The product can be sprayed only if the aerosol is held in upright position. • Minimal drying time before assembly at 20 C is 5 minutes.
