The product withstands long-term use of oils, fuels and coolants. Since the product is solvent-free, it is safe for sensors and various materials and does not cause corrosion. NBQ Gasket RTv is not paintable. Sealant strips should be two times wider than their thickness. GENERAL INFORmATION NBQ Gasket RTv is suitable for sealing engines, gearboxes, differentials, ventilation sys- tems, ovens, lubrication and cooling systems. These areas of use are usually characterised by large range of temperatures, vibration and aggressive environment. • Transport, store and use in the range from +5 º C to +45 º C. • Surfaces that are to be connected must be dry and clean. • Open the product and apply a little on paper or cloth to be sure of its quality. • Adjust the amount from the dosing device. • Pull the trigger and apply the product on the surface. • when completed, close the nozzle with a plug. • In case of a blockage later on, remove the nozzle and clean it. The essential ingredients are styrene- butadiene rubber and an adhesive with high adhesive strength. The product enables a fast and convenient joining of different materials. Components with very different surface areas and shapes can be covered due to an adjustable spray nozzle. Prior to using the glue, try it on small sample components! GENERAL INFORmATION Spray Glue is suitable for gluing paper, cardboard, textiles, rubber, metals, stone, wood, cork and different foamed materials. The product enables joining of upholstered parts, fitted carpets and rubber mats in the car industry. NB! Not suitable for gluing polystyrene and plasticized PvC. • Transport, deposit and use the product between the temperatures from +5ºC to +45 ºC. • The surfaces to be glued must be dry and clean. • Shake the aerosol properly before use. • Spray the adhesive at a distance of 20-30 cm evenly on both surfaces. • let the product dry 1-3 minutes before joining the components. • In case of a temporary joining, spray the product on one surface and wait for 10 minutes before joining. • The adhesive reaches its primary binding strength after 15 minutes and after that the components cannot be opened any more. • Clean the spray nozzle after work. • In case the nozzle is later blocked, remove and clean it with Brake Clean Strong 2.
