101 100 GLUEs GLUEs STRONG TwO-COMPONENT ADHESIvE MEGA GlUE MMA Mega Glue MMA is an extra strong two-component adhesive. The product is methylmethacrylate, which is a two-component adhesive of the third generation. Mega Glue MMA has a great temperature resistance (short-term up to +200 ºC). The product has an ideal resistance to vibration and shock, as well as various chemical liquids – solvents, petrol, diesel fuel, cooling liquid, oils, etc. Mega Glue MMA can be repainted, yet in case of small corrections. GENERAL INFORmATION Industry: fixing of strong and flexible synthetic materials bonding of melamine, wood, glass, stone ideally suitable for anchoring in stone, Gyproc, wood etc. Car industry: fixing of strong and flexible synthetic materials, for example polyester, fibre, PvC – spoilers, lights, bumpers, padding, dowel holes, etc. repairs of fuel tanks, radiators bonding of aluminium. • Remove the sealing cap from the glue cartridge. • Put the cartridge to the glue gun. • Use the product first on paper or on some other surface to be convinced that the glue mixes ideally. • In case of blockage try to open the glue mixture cap carefully. • Use the product on dry, clean, grease-free and dust-free surface. • Roughen the smooth surfaces if the product mixing time (4-8 minutes) has been exceeded, the newmixture cap needs to be taken into use. • If the mixture cap is not replaced at the right time, the glue substance could come out of the cylinders. • The mixture cap should be removed after use, the end of glue shell should be cleaned and closed with the tightening cork. Product comes in a kneadable stick, which is very easy to use without any special tools neccesary. NBQ Metal Stick has a high electrical resistance and temperature resistance up to +150 ºC (short period). GENERAL INFORmATION NBQ Metal Stick is suitable for repairing iron-pipes, tanks, tools, molds, castings and other ferrous metals. Product can be used also to repair various cracks in ferrous metals.
